Is it safe to mail jewelry?
Since we ship all our jewelry and other gifts via FedEx and USPS, the incidence of loss is virtually non-existent. Additionally, all shipments are sent fully insured.
Can you help me resize my ring?
Yes. Please choose the correct size when adding your item to the shopping bag. In the event you did not select the proper size, please contact us toll free at 800-223-7778 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Will I be responsible for my order while it is being shipped?
All orders are Vista Bella's responsibility until you receive them. We fully insure each order from the time it leaves our store to the time it arrives in your hands. Shipping with Vista Bella is always risk free.
How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
To cancel an order, please contact us toll free at 800-223-7778 or via e-mail at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please note that we ship orders quickly. As a result, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has already been shipped. If your order cannot be cancelled, please refer to our return policy for a refund or exchange.
Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide through USPS Global Express Mail, All shipments are fully insured and signature confirmation is required.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately, checks and money orders are not accepted at this time.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge 8.25% sales tax to all orders shipped to California.
What if I received a damaged package or item?
All items are carefully inspected and reviewed by our quality control department before being securely packaged and deposited for shipment. In the event that you have received a damaged, tampered or defective shipment, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy. For tampered packages, please keep all packing materials as they may be required to investigate.

How long does it take to get my order?
We make every effort to get your order processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. In stock items are generally shipped within 1 business day. Custom orders, which include resizing and engraving, may take longer to process. Orders which require confirmation or verification may also take longer to process.
