If, within 15 days of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unused jewelry for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. We never charge a restocking fee. In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in state in which they were received. Items that have been visibly worked, marred, sratched, modified, resized or otherwise altered are not eligible for refunds.

Once we receive the returned item(s), your money will be refunded in the same way you made payment. Vista Bella is not responsible for any item lost or damaged during return shipment. For this reason, we recommend insuring the package.
