Return Policy

Vista Bella's number one priority is customer satisfaction. For this reason, we offer the following 15 day money back guarantee.

If, within 15 days of your purchase, you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unused jewelry for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. We never charge a restocking fee. In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in state in which they were received. Items that have been visibly worked, marred, scratched, modified, re-sized or otherwise altered are not eligible for refunds.

Once we receive the returned item(s), your money will be refunded in the same way you made payment. Vista Bella is not responsible for any item lost or damaged during return shipment. For this reason, we recommend insuring the package.

All returns MUST be pre-authorized. To return any item, please email info@vistabella.com or call us at 800-710-7717 for instructions. Items without a valid preauthorization will not be accepted for return.

Although we do not offer warranties at this time, we guarantee authenticity of our items.

For health and safety purposes, we do not accept returns for all belly button rings, nipple rings, eyebrow rings, nose rings or any other jewelry that can be classified as body jewelry. We are here to answer all your questions regarding these type of items before purchasing them.

For international buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
